Team Coaching.

Teams or Groups?

A team isn't just people who report to the same manager. It's a small group with shared purpose, shared goals, and real accountability to each other.

That doesn't happen by accident. It takes deliberate work to define what the team is for, how decisions get made, and what accountability actually looks like day to day.

How we work

We start with the OERA diagnostic — our own assessment of your team's current readiness and dynamics. It gives us a clear, evidence-based picture of where the team stands before we design anything.

From there, we help the team build its own operating system — the rhythms and rules that make a group of individuals function as a team:

  • Regular feedback and one-to-ones

  • Clear communication norms

  • Meeting structure that actually works

  • Reports and dashboards the team trusts

  • Rituals that build connection, not just process

How we build it

We work with teams over time — through workshops, coaching, and watching how the team actually operates. Together we define the goals, build the systems, and set the habits that hold people accountable to each other.
